Lachlan is a provisional psychologist who provides a compassionate and non-judgemental space for adults and older teenagers to openly explore and work through life’s complexities. He supports clients by helping them develop greater self-awareness and implement practical strategies to live in alignment with their values.
Lachlan works with a range of concerns, including:

Anxiety Disorders: Assisting clients to develop personalised strategies to navigate and manage various forms of anxiety, including social and generalised anxiety, enabling them to lead a more balanced and engaged life.

Depression and Low Self-Esteem: Offering support to those experiencing low mood, reduced motivation, or self-criticism, with a focus on fostering a renewed sense of purpose and self-compassion.

Relationship and Interpersonal Difficulties: Helping clients gain insight into their patterns of communication and connection, with the aim of cultivating more meaningful and fulfilling relationships.

Life Transitions and Uncertainty: Supporting clients through periods of change or uncertainty, such as career shifts, relocation, or identity exploration, by helping them clarify their values and navigate uncertainty.
