True North Psychology can design a bespoke Employee Assistance Program to meet the needs of your small or medium sized business. We are able to develop a Service Agreement to suit your requirements.
True North Psychology is a well-established generalist clinic able to offer support and treatment to clients across the lifespan. TNP is able to help with issues such as:

TNP also has a few key areas of interest including those struggling with suicidality and self-harm, eating disorders and meeting the specific needs of our LGBTQIAP+ communities. As we are a larger clinic we aim to have a clinician available to meet the unique needs of your staff.
How are sessions delivered?
Unlike other EAP providers, your employees will continue to see the same psychologist unless they request otherwise. This improves continuity of care and the effectiveness of each session.
True North Psychology is located in the leafy inner-city suburb of Wilston, and clients are able to see us in the clinic face-to face utilising our free on- and off-street parking, or via video call (telehealth) if they prefer. There is
EAP Fees and Terms
We do not utilise any form of retainer. True North Psychology offers a pay per service model with fees ranging between $180 and $317 depending on which clinicians the company elects to include in the contract. After-hours appointments (sessions scheduled outside of standard business hours) do incur an additional $30 fee, however these can be excluded from the contract. You can see more about our fees here, and note that annual fee increases occur in August each year.
Payment terms can be designed around the needs of the company. This may be:

a smaller cap on sessions per employee, set on an annual basis, or
-
a larger cap on sessions per employee, where some employees may use some sessions and others may opt not to engage with the service at all, or
-
an annual budget for the company that can be calculated on the number of eligible employees, where sessions are billed after each service and tracked against the annual budget cap, or
-
short-term support after a workplace incident or restructuring.

We are also able to extend your EAP Service Agreement to family members of employees at your request.
Maintaining Privacy
In line with our strict confidentiality policies, True North Psychology will not be in a position to provide any identifying information or updates about employees who access our services. The only information shared will be invoicing details, reflecting the date and cost of any sessions delivered. If any of your team members wish to disclose this information about themselves, they are welcome to discuss this with you directly. Otherwise, we will treat all employee engagements as strictly confidential.
