Practice Manager

 

Kathy is our practice manager who ensures smooth running of the practice and leads the administration team. Her focus is on building team culture, providing high quality customer service to both clients and practitioners, business development and marketing.

Kathy comes to True North Psychology with a background in allied health business and administration. Kathy holds a Diploma of Practice Management and has also completed qualifications in business, marketing, data analytics and training and assessment.
