Hannah is available on Monday and Wednesday afternoons.
Hannah is a provisional psychologist whose practice is both evidence based and pragmatic. She values creating a collaborative therapeutic space that prioritises each client’s individual needs, challenges and goals. Her approach is warm, grounded and non-judgemental, supporting her clients to build insight, resilience and effective coping strategies.
Hannah is particularly interested in working with clients experiencing challenges such as:

Adolescent and Young Adult Concerns: Hannah is passionate about youth mental health and enjoys working with adolescents and young adults navigating issues such as self-esteem difficulties, school related stress, relationship concerns, emotional regulation and self-harm.

Disordered Eating: Hannah supports clients experiencing body image concerns, binge eating difficulties, bulimia, anorexia presentations or other specified feeding and eating difficulties (OSFED). Hannah’s approach is size-inclusive, weight neutral and focuses on overall wellbeing rather than weight focused outcomes. Please note, Hannah is currently unable to accept referrals for eating disorder concerns in clients under 18 years of age.

Anxiety Disorders & Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: Hannah supports clients to understand and manage various forms of anxiety, such as generalised anxiety, social anxiety and academic anxiety, as well as phobias and OCD. She helps clients develop practical tools to better understand and manage their symptoms.

Perinatal Mental Health: Hannah fosters a warm space to explore overwhelm, anxiety, identity and relationship changes as well as other perinatal experiences. Her approach focuses on practical support and building sustainable coping strategies.

Borderline Personality Disorder: Hannah supports clients experiencing symptoms associated with BPD, including emotional dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties and impulsive behaviour.

Neuropsychological Assessments: Hannah is available to support assessments for both children and adults. She provides assistance for clients seeking diagnostic clarification and non-medical recommendations related to memory, learning, development, attention and giftedness.
