She supports clients by helping them develop greater self-awareness and implement practical strategies to live in alignment with their values.

Depression and Low Self-Esteem: Offering support to those experiencing low mood, reduced motivation, or self-criticism, with a focus on fostering a renewed sense of purpose and self-compassion.

Relationship and Interpersonal Difficulties: Helping clients gain insight into their patterns of communication and connection, with the aim of cultivating more meaningful and fulfilling relationships.
