Briony works with individuals across the lifespan, and provides a warm, supportive space for people experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, adjustment difficulties and sleep concerns.

Briony has immediate availability on Thursdays and Fridays in the afternoon and evenings.

Briony is a provisional psychologist who provides a compassionate and non-judgemental space for adults, teens and children to openly explore and work through life’s complexities. She supports clients by helping them develop greater self-awareness and implement practical strategies to live in alignment with their values.

Peta has a particular interest in supporting teens and young adults to navigate parental conflict or school relationships. Whether feeling low in confidence or self-esteem, Briony works collaboratively to clarify your goals and build the skills that will help you to move toward what matters most.

Briony is currently accepting referrals for children ages 7+, adolescents in high school and adults, supporting a range of concerns including:

  • Anxiety and Low Self-Esteem: Working with clients to recognise patterns of self-criticism and build self-belief; identify the triggers to their anxiety, regulate their emotions and gain a sense of control to support in daily life.

  • Depression: Helping clients to explore the underlying causes of their low mood and self-worth and cultivate greater self-compassion, confidence, and motivation.
