Kyle (He/Him) is dedicated to providing a safe and non-judgemental space for clients to develop deeper insights into their thoughts, feelings, and behavioural patterns, and work collaboratively to enhance their wellbeing. Kyle’s approach is focused on building an authentic therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively alongside clients to assist them in achieving their goals. Kyle practices from a gender-affirming position and acknowledges the diversity of experience amongst neurodiverse populations. Kyle welcomes all clients regardless of cultural background, gender identity, and sexual orientation. He welcomes referrals from clients 13 years and older.
Kyle uses an integrative and feedback-informed approach to therapy which draws upon cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance-commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical-behaviour therapy (DBT).
