Ms Paige Ebersohn
Clinical Psychology Registrar
Paige has a warm, collaborative and gentle approach to treatment. She strongly believes in the benefit of a trusting therapeutic relationship and in establishing goals and intentions for sessions in ways that are important to her clients.
Paige primarily works with adolescents and adults. Paige assists people experiencing a range of issues including emotional difficulties, relational stress, and difficult life events and experiences. She also has experience supporting ADF members (as a former serving member herself), and has insights into the challenges faced by the Defence community.
Paige uses therapy models informed by client preferences, research/guidelines, and her skillset, including:
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and (CBT-Enhanced for use with eating disorders)
Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
Emotion focused approaches (e.g., DBT-informed)
Attachment focused approaches (e.g., Circle of Security)
Self-compassion and mindfulness
Paige is available for appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
