Counselling Psychologist Registrar
Owen is a Counselling Psychologist Registrar who has experience working with adults, emerging adults, and adolescents in private practice and in various government and non-government organisations.
Owen treats a range of mental health concerns including depression and anxiety. His main areas of interest are:

LGBTIQAP+, brothaboy and sistagirl communities

Drug and alcohol issues

Relationship counselling, including with queer couples and people in poly relationships
Owen takes a strengths based approach and employs a range of therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
Owen studied music for many years and enjoyed a brief career as a professional opera singer, working with various opera companies and ensembles.
Owen is a proud member of the LGBTIQAP+ community and his pronouns are he/him/his.
Owen is available for appointments on Mondays and Fridays.
