Ms Trudi Little
Trudi is a clinical psychologist with several years of experience working in inpatient and community health settings. Trudi has worked with a range of presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, coping with illness and grief and loss. Trudi has a particular interest in the areas of sexual health, self-esteem and adjustment to changing life circumstances.
Trudi is a warm and compassionate therapist who draws from a range of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural, schema, compassion and mindfulness based therapies to provide a tailored approach that is specific to her client’s needs and presenting issues. Trudi works collaboratively with her clients, with the aim of deepening their understanding of the presenting issues and assists her clients to strengthen their capacity to cope during challenging times.
Trudi is also a STAP-accredited supervisor and has an interest in the provision of supervision for provisional and registered psychologists.
Trudi sees adults and adolescents and is currently is available for after-hours appointments on Tuesdays.
