Shannon Bramwell

Clinical Psychologist
(She/Her)

Shannon is a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about providing a compassionate, collaborative and genuine approach to therapy. 

 

As an ANZAED credentialed eating disorder clinician, Shannon has extensive experience providing treatment for individuals with eating disorders in inpatient, outpatient and residential settings. She also has experience supporting individuals with a range of other presentations including anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorders, trauma and PTSD.

 

Shannon has a particular interest in working with clients with eating disorders and complex trauma or emotion regulation difficulties. She is trained in a variety of treatment modalities including Schema therapy, CBT, DBT, CBT-E (Enhanced for eating disorders) and SSCM and underpins all treatment with a trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming and client centered approach.

 

Shannon is also a STAP Accredited supervisor and provides supervision to clinicians working with clients with eating disorders as well as complex mental health conditions.

Shannon is available for appointments at True North Psychology on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
