Moira’s approach is compassionate and non-judgemental. Moira values creating a safe therapeutic environment and tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs.
She works with adults, adolescents and children experiencing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, changes in life circumstances, emotional dysregulation, self-harm, psychosis, and family difficulties.
She works with evidence based interventions including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for psychosis (CBTp), Schema Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
Moira is available for appointments at True North Psychology on Tuesdays through to Fridays.
