Dr Nathan Pasieczny
Nathan is a registered psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with adults and adolescents with complex problems. Nathan uses evidence based approaches to help people build on their existing strengths and personal goals to build resilience so that they can manage not only their current issues but build more fulfilling lives into the future.
Nathan has experience working with a range of presentations including depression, anxiety, adjustment, stress, trauma, emotion dysregulation and personality issues.
Nathan is trained and experienced in a range of evidence based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
