Dom has assessment and therapy experience across the lifespan with children, adolescents, emerging adults, and adults.
He has experience working with presentations of:
anger and emotional dysregulation
anxiety and depression
self-esteem and identity-related concerns
challenging life transitions.
Dom is welcoming of all clients, regardless of cultural background, gender identity, or sexual orientation. Dom practices from an LGBT-affirming perspective.
Dom has a particular interest in working with men’s issues in psychology and acknowledges the specific social and cultural factors that shape the lives of men and boys.
Dom practices from a person-centred approach and is trained in modalities including Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and has an interest in Psychodynamic perspectives, Interpersonal Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy.
Dom currently has availability for Friday and Saturday.
