Catherine is a Clinical Psychologist who enjoys working collaboratively with adults who are ready to take steps towards a better life. She especially likes to help people to explore their values and sense of identity, and to learn new skills to set the direction for positive change.
Catherine has primarily worked with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, suicidal and self-harm urges, emotional dysregulation, substance use, grief and loss, life transitions, spirituality, relationship challenges, and the impacts of early life attachment and trauma experiences.
