Ashleigh is a registered psychologist and ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician who has a special interest in the treatment of eating disorders and body image concerns. Ashleigh fosters a compassionate and consistent therapeutic relationship with her clients that is underpinned by principles aligned with weight-inclusive care, non-diet approaches, social justice, and respect for all body shapes and sizes.
Specifically, Ashleigh is trained and experienced in the delivery of the following evidence-based eating disorder treatments:

Ashleigh is also endorsed as a Sport and Exercise Psychologist, is a provider for the Australian Institute of Sport Mental Health Referral Network, and has a special interest in supporting athletes and performers who are experiencing mental health concerns, body image concerns, Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs), disordered eating, and eating disorders.
Ashleigh is also a STAP-Approved supervisor and provides supervision to clinicians working with eating disorders, mental health in high performance sport systems, or seeking business coaching to establish a sustainable and values-driven psychology practice.
Ashleigh is available for appointments at True North Psychology on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons.
